We’re a boutique firm, and we do our best work with communities that have an engaged, hands-on board. Our ideal community has:

• An active board. Board members who participate in meetings, make timely decisions, and stay involved in the life of the community.
• Board members who walk the property with vendors. We coordinate the work: sourcing bids, managing contracts, scheduling, and following up. Your board members serve as the on-site point of contact for service visits such as pest control, fire safety inspections, and maintenance repairs.
• A stable, primarily owner-occupied community. Associations focused on long-term maintenance, reserves, and compliance rather than frequent turnover or transient occupancy.
• A board that values clear reporting. Monthly financials, organized records, and a defined scope of services.
